Built to be used by everyone.
Trove is committed to making troveready.com accessible to people with disabilities. We build to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time checkbox.
Our commitment
We design and maintain troveready.com to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means the site should be:
- Perceivable to people using screen readers, magnifiers, or other assistive technology.
- Operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
- Understandable in its structure, language, and navigation.
- Robust across current browsers and assistive technologies.
What we’ve done
Our current implementation includes:
- Descriptive alternative text on every image.
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer).
- Keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus indicators.
- A “skip to main content” link on every page for keyboard users.
- Form fields with associated labels and accessible names.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Support for the prefers-reduced-motion browser setting.
- Consistent heading hierarchy and page structure across the site.
Known limitations
We test regularly, but no site is ever perfectly accessible for every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can address it.

Standards we follow
Our target standard is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. This is the standard most commonly referenced in United States accessibility regulation and case law.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We audit our site regularly, address issues as they are identified, and factor accessibility into every design and content decision. This statement will be updated whenever the site or our practices materially change.
This accessibility statement was last updated in September 2026.
