When it comes time for delivery, everyone in your environment must know what's in the kit, where it's stored, and how to use what's inside. People will only use what they understand. At the Plus and Beyond levels, kits come with white-glove delivery and training that is also customized to you, the user. We don't go home until we're sure you understand what's in your kit and how to make use of the Trove system. If you want additional training or to keep practicing, you can purchase the training supplies we use.
